Tony Berdych handled a long distance (1108 miles) purchase of a house in Michigan for me with ease! I made only one short trip there after several months of looking. During those months, Tony gave me great advice on the housing market and on particular properties. I would suggest an address I saw on the internet and he would say, oh that house and he knew all about it and its history. He was always available and was always willing to check out a house. He would visit the property, send pictures and get my questions answered right away. Without him, I don't know what would have happened, but I know I couldn't have done better, thanks to his help and advice. I am very happy with the condo I got and its price. All closing was handled at a distance too and it went perfectly. Tony knows the right people, such as good home inspectors and others, so he is invaluable in that area as well. On top of it, he is calm, friendly and honest. You can't ask for a better person to work with. If/when I buy another property, I will work with Tony again.
